È conosciuto soprattutto per aver preso parte ai film Short Term 12 (2013), Selma - La strada per la libertà (2014), Scappa - Get Out (2017), Death Note - Il quaderno della morte (2017), Judas and the Black Messiah (2021) e La casa dei fantasmi (2023).
