Michael McElhatton (Terenure, 12 settembre 1963) è un attore e sceneggiatore irlandese.
Attore irlandese molto attivo nella televisione e nel teatro, è noto principalmente per il suo ruolo di Roose Bolton nella serie televisiva Il Trono di Spade.[1][2][3] Come sceneggiatore si ricorda il suo lavoro per le serie televisive irlandesi Your Bad Self, Fergus's Wedding e Paths to Freedom. Ha inoltre firmato la sceneggiatura del film Spin the Bottle insieme al regista Ian Fitzgibbon, con il quale ha più volte collaborato.[4]
