Pulau Sin Cowe (Bahasa Inggeris: Sin Cowe Island, bahasa Cina ringkas: 景宏岛; pinyin: Jǐnghóng dǎo, bahasa Vietnam: Đảo Sinh Tồn) ialah sebuah pulau di Union Banks[1], kepulauan Spratly (koordinat tertulis pada stele kedaulatan ialah 9°53′7″N 114°19′47″E). Dengan keluasan 8 hektar (20 ekar), ia adalah pulau Spratly ketujuh terbesar dan ketiga terbesar daripada yang diduduki oleh Vietnam. Ia mempunyai terumbu pinggir yang berada di atas air ketika air surut.[2]
Pulau ini telah dikuasai oleh Vietnam sejak 1974, pertama oleh Tentera Laut ARVN Vietnam Selatan, diikuti oleh Tentera Laut Republik Sosialis Vietnam selepas 1975. Pulau ini juga dituntut oleh China, Filipina dan Taiwan.[3]

The ubiquitous KIG claim by the Philippines carries little legal weight. It stands on the same footing as the nine-dashed-line claim. Also, it was made later than the claims of China, the ROC, and Vietnam.
