Ujian kekerasan Vickers ialah sebuah ujian kekerasan yang dibangunkan sebagai ujian kekerasan alternatif kepada ujian kekerasan Brinell. Unit bagi kekerasan Vickers ialah HV atau DPH (diamond pyramid hardness, "kekerasan piramid berlian").
Ujian ini pada awalnya dicipta oleh Robert L. Smith and George E. Sandland di syarikat Vickers Ltd.[1] Ujian ini tertakluk kepada piawaian seperti ISO 6507 yang terbahagi kepada empat bahagian.
