Queens of the Stone Age (ook bekend als QOTSA en Queens) is een Amerikaanse rockband uit het Californische Palm Desert. De band is in 1996 opgericht en maakt deel uit van de Palm Desert Scene. De bezetting van de band verandert regelmatig en de groep laat soms tijdens opnamen gastoptredens toe. Het enige vaste lid van de band is oprichter Josh Homme.
