Menachem Mendel Schneerson (em hebraico מנחם מנדל שניאורסון, em russo, Менахем Мендель Шнеерсон'; Nikolayev, 18 de abril de 1902 – Nova York, 12 de junho de 1994), conhecido por seus seguidores como O Rebe ou O Rebe de Lubavitch, foi um rabino ortodoxo, o sétimo e último rebe do movimento Chabad Lubavitch. Uma figura muito controversa, Schneerson insinuou que ele próprio era o messias.[1] Schneerson e Chabad-Lubavitch foram condenados por outros rabinos ortodoxos, como o Chefe Rabino de Israel Ovadia Yosef, que acusou Schneerson de "heresia" e "idolatria", e Elazar Shach, que descreveu Chabad como "o culto bem conhecido."[2]
