My Wife and Kids was an American television sitcom which aired on ABC from March 28, 2001, to May 17, 2005, with a total of 123 half-hour episodes spanning five seasons. It stars Damon Wayans as Michael Kyle, the patriarch of a black family set in Stamford, Connecticut. This sitcom follows an upper-middle class African American family, led by obnoxious patriarch Michael Kyle Sr. Who owns and operates his own trucking company.[1]
